Delivery information

Order books, stationery, toys and gifts on our website and we deliver them to your door. Prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and include GST.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver online orders to:

• Hulhumale'

You choose your area at checkout. Online orders can only be delivered to the areas listed here.

Delivery cost

Delivery is currently free.

Delivery times

Your order is fulfilled by the store that serves your area. We contact you to arrange a delivery time; delivery times are estimates. You can follow your order's progress on its order page or under your account.

Stock

Stock is shared with our stores and can change. Each product page shows whether it is in stock, and availability is confirmed for your delivery area when you place the order. If an item turns out to be out of stock, we may cancel it and refund anything you paid for it.

Paying for your order

• Cash on delivery: pay by cash or transfer when your order arrives.
• Online: by debit or credit card through the Bank of Maldives Payment Gateway.

Returns

You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order. See our refund policy for what can be returned and how refunds are paid.
